Bag of the Moment: Reece Hudson

I'm in the market for a new bag, since I'm selling my beloved Miu Miu on ebay. As I was doing a little hunting online, I came across these fabulous ones on Kirna Zabete by Reece Hudson. Amazing shapes with no tacky logos, gorgeous colors, and well... not every girl on the street is gonna be carrying one. VERY important! While these bags have been featured in a few magazines, the line is still somewhat under the radar. Reece Solomon and her best friend/business partner, Max Stein, were inspired by luxurious materials, as well as vintage. Ahh of course! No wonder they are unique. Check out a few of my favorites by Reece Hudson below. Which ones do you guys like the best? I'm kind of in love with the No. 4 bag (second one down). It is honestly drool worthy! XO, Liza

Liza's October 80's Playlist

So it's no secret I'm an 80's fiend. Although I was born in 1984, I remember quite a lot from this amazing decade.... ESPECIALLY the music. My sister and I are former dancers and would blast some of the tunes below on our little pink cassette player. To this day, 80's music is always playing in my apartment and in my car. Anyways, I thought I'd do a little themed playlist this month and change it up a bit. Hope you like! I am kind of obsessed... Hahahaha. XO, Liza

Belinda is a classic 80's pop star. "Heaven is a Place on Earth" anyone? Yep that's by her too. She is fab.
Am I a major nerd for liking this adult contemporary 80's song? I think so... This tune though was kind of ruined for me when the blind guy on American Idol sang it. Agh, oh well.
Classic Cure song.
Favorite Def Leppard song hands down.
EVERYONE knows this one, right? It's cliche, but I had to include it it my playlist.
Ahh Stevie Nicks how I love you. Alone or with Fleetwood Music, she is the best. She is SO young in this music video!
I couldn't decide whether I should include this song by Heart or "Alone." They are both great Heart hits.
The Bangles were definitely my sister and I's favorite girl group in the 80's. We honestly killed that cassette. Oh AND did anyone see them perform the other night on "Dancing with the Stars?" They sound EXACTLY the same.
No playlist is complete without Madonna, whether it's 80's or now! This song of hers is one of my faves.
RIP Michael. Such a talent. Love this song.
New Order's music is so soothing to me. Never get sick of it, especially this song.
And to end, some Prince of course! One of my favorite songs of all time. I saw the Joffrey Ballet years and years ago do a whole ballet to Prince music. Let me tell you... it was unbelievable. The dance to this song was simply gorgeous.

Favorite Fall Activity: Apple Picking

This past weekend, my man, my sister Jenny, her husband, and I drove up to Twin Lakes, Wisconsin to do our favorite fall activity of all time... apple picking! It was supposed to rain Sunday, but luckily it turned out to be a beautiful day. From apples and cider to fresh donuts and pumpkins, it fiiiinallly feels like fall. Loving it. Hope you all had a great weekend! XO, Liza

Editorial of the Moment: Swinging Classiques

Although I've been enjoying the beautiful weather this past week, I must say I am VERY ready for fall to come! Mid October and about 80 degrees? I want to wear sweaters and coats already! Agh! Well, this particular editorial from Elle France made me crave layers even more. Doesn't the model look so comfy, yet beyond chic? Love every single one of these photos. XO, Liza

WANT, NEED, MUST HAVE: Isabel Marant Patchwork Print Sweatshirt

K, so if there is one thing I wear all the time, lounging around or running errands, it's a luxurious-esque sweatshirt. I get cold pretty easily, so whether it's Wildfox, Marc by Marc, or JET, I can be comfy AND cute at the same time. Well, this Isabel Marant sweatshirt is drool worthy to me and must be added to my closet IMMEDIATELY! I would wear the crap out of this that is for sure! Yes it is quite expensive, but I l know I'd throw it on over anything and everything. Obsesssssssed. XO, Liza

Sister, Sister

My sister, Jenny just created a blog, Muzz Haves (her last name is Muslin) ;), so we thought it would only be appropriate if we banded together and did a post on our must haves for the fall season! Although we are attached at the hip, we both definitely have our own unique styles, yet we still raid eachothers closets constantly. Check out our favorites below. Hope you enjoy! XO, Liza and Jenny

Liza's Fall Favorites

1. Wendy Nichol Bullet Bag, $575. I adore this bag. It kind of reminds me of the Alexander Wang Diego Bucket bag minus the studs... and not everyone is gonna have it!

2. Current/Elliott Stiletto Plaid Mid-Rise Skinny Jeans, $190. These are beyond fun for fall. Love them paired with my Isabel Marant booties and an oversized t-shirt.

3. To Be Adored Velvet Kate Dress, $180. This dress is the perfect holiday frock if you ask me. And for under $200? Done!

4. Dannijo Aram Necklace, $158. I am loving the whole collar trend, so this necklace had me sold the second I saw it. Definitely spices up a plain tee or dress.

5. Shakuhachi Stretch Lace Bodysuit, $220. I wear leotards and bodysuits all the time and this Shakuhachi one is perfect. Love it paired with the skirt or even dark jeans!

6. Pendelton Classic Weekender Bag, $236. If your constantly on the go (I'm always going back and forth to and from my man's place), then this is just the bag.

7. Karen Walker Number One Sunglasses, $180. This shape is so much fun! These need to be added to my collection asap.

8. Miu Miu T- Strap Wedge, $630. These shoes are my current obsession. The deep wine color is gorgeous and the little peep toe would look amazing with a little black dress and some fun patterned tights.

Jenny's Fall Favorites

1. Plomo Juana High Heel Laceup Bootie, $372. Everyone needs a little leopard in their wardrobe. These booties would spice up any outfit.

2. Woodford & Co Tuscan Mini Dress, $301. The most darling LBD. Love the trim!

3. Gap Women's 1969 Lightweight Corduroy Leggings, $59.95. I own these Gap Cords and swear they fit just like the J Brand ones for a third of the price.

4. Splendid Fair Isle Toggle Sweater Coat, $228. The perfect cozy sweater for a fall day.

5. Marc by Marc Jacobs Uma Sweater, $248. Love the color of this cable-knit sweater. It would look great paired with higher waisted jeans.

6. Isabel Marant Leather Trim Jacket, $428. This jacket is so dreamy! The boucle fabric and leather trim are divine and the zipper as opposed to buttons makes it youthful and hip.

7. Sam Edelman Lou Side Buckle Platform Booties, $200. The buckle on this leather and suede bootie makes the shoe a bit more edgy.

Photo of the Day: Alexa

Beyond beyond cute, right? I didn't really like her when she hit the scene a few years ago, but I had to give in and admit she's the ultimate fashionista girl crush... besides the Olsens of course. Can anyone ID her sunglasses? Need to add those to my collection ASAP! XO, Liza
