Winter Time Fun: Christkindlmarket Chicago

Although I am Jewish, who says I can't enjoy Christmas time too? My man is half and half, so I am finally going get to celebrate my first Christmas this year! To kick it off, we took a little walk over to the Loop to check out the Christkindlmarket. From gorgeous ornaments to all types of treats, there is definitely something for all ages. If you are in Chicago for the holidays, I highly recommend it. Anyways, below are a bunch of photos I took the other night. Hope you enjoy! Happy weekend! Today we are getting our tree!  XO, Liza

Ring a Ding Ding!

K, so I don't know about you guys, but I am waaaaay over this whole "arm party" thing. My best friend and I were doing that since we were in our teens (we called them stacks) and personally, I think it's become super played out. That being said, I'm gonna start a ring celebration! Hahaha! Kidding! I've always stacked rings though and wear a bunch on each hand, so I've gathered some of my favorites that I guess you can say are on my never ending wish list. From inexpensive to way out of my price range, there's something for everyone. Hope you enjoy! XO, Liza

Monserat De Lucca Lighter Ring, $55. Now I don't smoke, nor do I encourage it, but who says you can't wear a little gold lighter on your finger? This ring is beyond chic and at 55 bucks? Done and done! I love jewelry that catches people off guard and they immediately go, "WHAT is that?"

Eddie Borgo Bear Trap Ring, $225. I am obsessed with all of Eddie Borgo's designs (see an old blog post I did on him from I LIVE FOR IT here). It is fun, yet refined with a quirky little twist. This ring would look amazing with a bunch of other rings on the hand. The more the merrier, right?

Made Her Think X- Ray Stacked Helmut Ring, $75. How pretty is this one by Made Her Think? I love rose gold jewelry and again, another ring that is somewhat simple AND edgy.

Pamela Love Silver Navajo Ring, $195. Everything and anything Pamela Love touches is perfection. I don't know one fashionista that doesn't adore her designs. Usually I wear gold, but I would definitely mix this ring in with my everyday ones.
ManiaMania Dali Ring, $180. ManiaMania is a fabulous jewelry line from Australia and many of their gorgeous pieces are available on my favorite shopping site, Bona Drag. All of their rings are awesome, but this one is one of my faves. Most recently, I even got to grab it, as I won Bona Drag's first ever contest! Yay!

Aurelie Bidermann Helmet Ring, $1,050. K, so I had to throw this one in for good measure. Let's try and ignore the high price and just stare in amazement at this GORGEOUS ring. I LOVE it! Too bad it's cost an arm and a leg.

WANT, NEED, MUST HAVE: Charlotte Olympia Kitty Flats

Move over Marc Jacobs Mouse Flats and welcome Charlotte Olympia's Kitty Flats! I no doubt, LOVE cats in every way possible: real ones, photos of them, on sweaters, tights, and now flats! I am now dreaming of the day I can pick up the babies and put them on my feet. Black velvet with patent leather trim and a cat face and ears embroidered in gold. I am completely sold. What do all my readers think? Whether they are for you or not, you have to admit how darn cute they are! Happy Friday! XO, Liza

 Ahhh!!! IN LOVE!

I wouldn't expect anyone else, but Alexa to throw the kitty flats on with a Valentino mini dress, killer sunglasses, and a studded Valentino clutch. Obviously.

Love how Alexa, Katy, and Sarah Jessica all wore them completely different. Dressy to super casual, these flats are beyond versatile.

Winter Cozies

Now that it's nearing December and actually getting quite chilly out, it is VERY important (well to me) to have a mass amount of cozies, whether they be pajamas, loungewear, sweaters, etc. There is nothing better than coming home at the end of the day and jumping into a pair of warm matching pajamas or that perfect robe you never seem to take off.  Even if you are out and about, it doesn't hurt either to have that soft sweatshirt on under your big heavy coat. I picked out some of my favorite pieces on my favorite sites that are beyond comfortable and super stylish of course. Hope you guys like! XO, Liza

3.1 Phillip Lim Initials V- Neck Romper, $275. I would scoop this little romper up in a heartbeat if it wasn't so pricey! Then again, I'd probably wear the crap out of it, so it might just be worth it, huh? I am kind of obsessed!

Sophomore Drawstring Pants, $136. These are too cute and would transition perfectly from lounging around and watching tv to running errands around town. I am loving them with the heels too! Tuck in  a baggy white shirt, throw on some pumps and your favorite fur... and boom! A super casual, yet chic outfit.

Love the little suede drawstring at the waist. Oh and I'll take that amazing spiked cuff on her right wrist too!

Juicy Couture Striped Thermal Henley, $52. I have this pajama shirt and the matching pants below and I can honestly say I have been LIVING in them since they arrived. They are beyond soft, so cute, and warm! Perfect for the winter if you ask me.

Juicy Couture Striped Thermal Leggings, $58. Got to have the leggings to go with the top!

Juicy Couture Cable Robe, $178. Does this not look like the coziest robe ever or what? This is next on my list, so I can throw it over my thermal pj's, take a seat by the fireplace, and be all set for winter. Hahaha!

Wildfox Graceland Road Trip Sweater Dress, $132. Whether you wear it as a dress or not, this Wildfox piece is adorable. For the chilly weather, I'd throw it on over a pair of comfy thermals for lounging or legging jeans and combat boots for a day out. Wildfox truly makes some of the greatest shirts ever.

With Hearts In My Eyes Black Crushed Velvet Pants, $110. Some of the cutest AND coziest pants I own. I got these last year and since velvet still seems to be popular this year, for a little over 100 bucks... these pants are worth it. I have worn mine to death and never want to take them off. If you get them, I'm sure you'll agree with me!

How cute do they look all scrunched up with a pair of boots too?

Photo of the Day: Strollin'

This photo from a shoot on found on one of my favorite blogs, Studded Hearts, is absolutely stunning to me. I love everything about it: the scenery, the beachy hair, the double gold cuffs, the black boots. So exquisite, yet very simple. LOVE. XO, Liza

WANT, NEED, MUST HAVE: Carven S/S 2012

I guess it's no surprise the whole Carven S/2 2012 collection is my WANT, NEED, MUST HAVE at the moment. I mean, I don't think I have ever seen forty looks go down a runway in which every single one was PERFECTION. I am in love with Carven. The end. XO, Liza

This whole outfit is insane. The pop of the cobalt blue, the high waisted leather skirt? Gorgeous.
Wow. Only Guillaume Henry would make mustard yellow stunning in this little dress.
Can't get any more Alexa Chung then this!
This might be my favorite...
But this one comes in a close close second!
Too cute.
The genius himself!
